It makes my day when the UPS man rings the door with a package from West Coast Albums. I jump for joy like a kid in the candy store. Jack and his crew from West Coast Albums really put lots and lots of love into making our albums for our clients. I’ve been working closely with Jack the pass year create a standard LOKITM album that is included in our wedding packages. Our signature album is the 10×10 dark brown leather cover album with a photo insert in the middle. It also comes with a custom metallic brown cover box. All of our albums are handmade in the WCA facility in Los Angeles. We use the metallic matte print option for our intro page to glorify the vivid colors of our style of photography. I am sure he will extend a nice discount for you. Here’s an album that Lindsay and Meng ordered for their Khmer wedding. She selected the orange box with a nickel cover for her album. Charleen and Jon have great chemistry. It’s easy for these two love birds to look natural in front of the camera. They tune everything out and focus on each other. I see the laughter and enjoy they communicate to one another and I think it’s awesome. It makes my job that much easier when two people are in tune. I love these two people. Teresa and Bosco are both in the education field. They devote themselves to teaching and giving back to their community. If you spend time with them you will see right away why so many people love and care for them. I am so happy to see these to tie the knot. Durand and Lily are my good friends. I am honored they chose me to be their photographer to capture their wedding day and be able to witness their love. Their wedding was a full day of exciting events, ceremony and reception. It was filled with fun, laughter, family, friends, and few tears. Not only was Durand the best man at my wedding, but he also happens to be my traveling buddy, and more importantly, he understands me. Durand has taught me so much about life and being a good friend. He is always there for his friends, accepts them as they are, and loves them like family. He is so much fun and we always have a great time traveling and hanging out together. Lily is a special gal. She is very sweet and has a kind heart. She tries to tease me whenever she gets the chance…but doesn’t quite succeed. These two are very dear to my heart and I love them like they’re my little brother and sister. I am very happy for the Longs and am pleased to see them get married. They are so perfect for each other and they’re a BEAUTIFUL couple. I wish them all the best in their marriage. I love you guys!!! LOKing out for the weekend. By the time I am 30…. Do you all remember that conversation with your friends? LOL!!! Being young is so blissful, so much hope and potential. I thought by the time I was 30, I would be a successful elementary school teacher with numerous awards. LOL!!! Who would have known, I would have my own wedding photography business and be married to such a beautiful and caring wife. Yes, I am one lucky guy. I love what I do and I am surrounded by great friends and family. More than anyone can ask for. I think its super duper important to enjoy life to the fullest. I am no happy guru but I do have a few suggestions for a happier life: travel and see the world, make sure the people around knows how much you love and appreciate them, be affectionate with the people you love, kiss your dog before you go to work, drink a couple beers with your buddies, and enjoy every moment life has to offer. I know it’s a bunch of cheesy things but that’s just how I roll. I refuse to be unhappy regardless what life throws at me. I’ve wanted to visit Maui for the last few years. We finally pulled the trigger. My wife and I decided to join our good friends Lily and Durand in Maui to celebrate our three year wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Aina Nalu Condos in Lahaina close the waters. All the great restaurants and shops were within walking distance so that made is easy for us to access the beach. We did a lot of activities while we were there. We got to zip line and parasail for the first time. That was amazing!!! I absolutely enjoyed every minute of this vacation. I might want to retire there. It’s just a thought.
